Stormy Studio is an award-winning content production studio based in Indonesia, established in 2011, with a strong specialization in the creation and development of original Intellectual Properties (IP). With over a decade of experience, we are dedicated to producing high-quality, cross-platform entertainment content, from animation and games to toys, apps, and visual design. What sets us apart is our IP-driven mindset: we don’t just create visuals, we build sustainable, story-rich universes that are designed to grow. Our mission is to lead Indonesia’s creative industry into a future where locally born IPs are recognized, respected, and loved on a global scale.

Founded by Stormy Yudo Prakoso, Stormy Studio is an award-winning creative studio focused on developing original intellectual properties. Established in 2011, the studio has grown into a trusted creative partner built on passion, discipline, and sustainable practices.
Stormy’s journey in animation began in 2007 during junior high school, when he first joined the Festival Animasi Nasional. Entirely self-taught, he consistently took part in regional and national festivals, learning from senior practitioners and creative communities. These experiences laid the foundation for what later became Stormy Studio.
In parallel, Stormy has also pursued a career in academia. With over a decade of teaching experience at Universitas Negeri Malang, Universitas Brawijaya, and since 2023 at Institut Teknologi Bandung, his role as educator runs alongside his studio journey. This dual path reflects the studio’s values of perseverance, integrity, and long-term vision.
Stormy Studio is more than a company, it is a creative ecosystem. Our team of experienced professionals delivers high-quality results for both local and international clients. We prioritize long-term partnerships over volume, with many clients returning for repeat collaborations.
We work on a humane 9 to 5 schedule in a smoke-free environment, committed to fairness and team well-being. From the start, we have used only legal and open-source tools such as Linux, MacOS, Blender, Krita, GIMP, and Godot.
The studio has received multiple national awards including AKATARA, KATAPEL, WIDURI, ANIFEST, IdenTIK, and ANIMPIADE. Looking ahead, Stormy Studio remains dedicated to creating original works while welcoming meaningful collaborations with like-minded partners.
